David "Dave" Messer has over 20 years of combined business management and technology experience. With a background in engineering, David has held Senior IT and Management positions with leading Fortune 500 companies including ABB Environmental Services, National Australia Bank, State Street Global Advisors and CSXI.

SUMMARY of QUALIFICATIONS


At Homeside Lending, a subsidiary of National Australia Bank, he was responsible for Internet applications for B2C partnerships including Microsoft's HomeAdvisor.com, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As Project Manager and Business Analyst at Mortgage.com, David led the eCRM initiative and IT designs for B2C and B2B relationships with financial industry powerhouses such as TD Waterhouse, National Discount Brokers, LendingTree.com, Quicken, Fleet, First Union, GE Capital and GMAC; ranking mortgage.com number 76 in Inter@ctive Week's 500 largest e-companies. David also served a key role in the launch and management of thePetPlace.com pet portal across all seven AOL properties, increasing traffic to the site by 475% in just 14 months.

Recently, Dave served as Sr. Product Manager/Director of Marketing and Sales for Global Special Effects (formerly SnowMasters), the innovative world leader in special effects. He helped promote the SnowMasters, FoamMasters, Flogos, EcoScent and BubbleMaster brands. Managing a team of seven sales/customer service staff, he helped support an ever-growing domestic and international client base to include Walt Disney World, Disney Cruises, Paramount, Sea World, and Legoland.
