For over 17 years, Dave Messer held senior IT and management positions at Inter@ctive Week's 500, Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies. He led e-CRM and IT design programs for B2C and B2B relationships in the financial industries and served a key role in the launch and management of a leading pet portal across all seven AOL properties. Mr. Messer was inducted into the 2003 International WHO's WHO of Entrepreneurs. Mr. Messer is president and founder of Net Services by Design, Inc. His corporation is the developer and owner of the EZSiteTool - an easy to use Website building and marketing tool for small to medium sized businesses and EZSiteTool Enterprise for corporations, government or municipalities. The company provides Internet marketing consultation to both profit and not-for-profits.

David helped promote and manage three Chambers of Commerce online, the America Chamber of Commerce, the Weston Chamber in Ft. Lauderdale, and the Clark County Chamber in Las Vegas. David served as an Internet Specialist and Marketing consultant to Immuno Laboratories, helping the company expand accessibility to Immuno's food allergy testing and research services via premier online resources for physicians and patients. While helping develop U.S. Customs software, he served as a Project Manager serving Hasbro, Toyota, Nissan, Hitachi, Honda Power & Equipment, Ernst & Young, K-Line and BMW. Judge for Web Health Awards since 2003.

Dave gained national recognition with a fellow Shoals area artist, Victoria L. Antoine, by winning the Live Fast Die Young art race. Their collaborative artwork "No Smoking" appeared on the Ovation TV network. His Cypress Creek Publishing division released a novel, Sisters of Valor (now available in eBook format), which is growing in readership and was endorsed by Alma Powell, wife of General Colin L. Powell (Ret.), former Secretary of State.
